From Monday to Wednesday, we came together as a team to plan, connect, and share some great moments. This year’s kick-off was packed with valuable experiences and good energy.

Day 1 kicked off with a special activity: a driver safety training session at the ADAC training ground ????????. It was a great experience that everyone enjoyed. We ended the day with a relaxed Italian dinner ????????.

Day 2 was all about work. We spent the day reviewing the past year, brainstorming ideas, and setting our goals for 2025 ????????. The evening brought a fun bowling session ????, and a big highlight was seeing our new colleague, Saikiran, score the highest points on his first-ever attempt – impressive! ????

Day 3 started with a workshop, giving us fresh ideas and motivation. We’re leaving these three days with clear goals and a stronger sense of teamwork.
