What we deliver

Design and planning

We plan the right mix of links for your footprint, use case, and budget.

Hardware and installation

Routers, antennas, cabling, mounting, and clean documentation.

Configuration and security baseline

Segmentation, secure access, and policies that fit your operations.

From handover to fully managed connectivity, including 24/7 support if needed.

We keep your digital infrastructure running

Your vessels, sites and assets depend on reliable, secure connectivity. But running that infrastructure is a job on its own.
With DRYNET Managed Services, our team takes over the day-to-day operations: monitoring, troubleshooting, changes and optimisation. You stay in control of the strategy – we make sure the network does its job.

Talk to us

24/7 monitoring, support and lifecycle management for critical connectivity – at sea, on land and in energy.

What we manage for you

DRYNET Managed Services cover the full stack of your digital infrastructure – from the edge device to the cloud.

Depending on your setup, this can include:

Peplink- and SpeedFusion-based networks

Vodafone Roaming Services, Tampnet and other WAN links

SKYPACK 5G and temporary / mobile infrastructure

SATCOM links and media / crew welfare solutions

LAN / Wi-Fi on vessels, sites and in remote locations

Secure remote access for staff and partners

We design, operate and continuously improve these environments so that your teams can focus on their core business.

Managed Services for Critical Digital Infrastructure

We monitor, manage and optimise your connectivity so your teams can focus on running the business – not chasing network issues.

01

Proactive, not reactive

We don’t wait for something to break – we monitor your infrastructure, act on early signals and fix issues before they turn into downtime.

02

One team, one point of contact

You don’t have to coordinate vendors, carriers and hardware yourself – DRYNET becomes your single point of contact for the entire stack.

03

Built for hybrid and remote environments

Our services are designed for fleets, offshore assets, remote sites and moving projects where SAT, mobile and terrestrial networks all come together.

04

Flexible scope that can grow with you

You can start small with monitoring and remote support and add more responsibilities over time as trust and complexity grow.

Frequently asked questions

1. What is included in DRYNET Managed Services?

DRYNET Managed Services typically include 24/7 monitoring, incident handling, configuration management, change requests and regular health checks for your connectivity and network infrastructure. Project work and one-off implementations can be added via our Professional Services.

2. Do we need to use Peplink or DRYNET hardware to use your Managed Services?

No, but it helps. We can manage mixed environments, however our services are most effective when we work with platforms we know deeply, such as Peplink, SpeedFusion, SKYPACK 5G and our preferred SATCOM and connectivity partners.

3. How does 24/7 support actually work?

Depending on the agreed service level, our NOC monitors your infrastructure around the clock. If we see an incident, we investigate, mitigate and keep your team informed according to the defined escalation and response times.

4. How do we start working with DRYNET Managed Services?

We usually start with a short assessment of your current setup and pain points, define the scope and service level together and then onboard your devices and sites into our monitoring and processes. You can begin with a limited scope or pilot and expand later.

5. How do you work with our internal IT team?

We don’t replace your IT – we extend it. Your team keeps control over strategy and business priorities, and we handle the day-to-day network operations, changes and incidents in close coordination with your key contacts.

6. In which regions do you offer Managed Services?

We support customers with assets and sites worldwide. Our focus is on environments that need reliable connectivity across regions – for example fleets operating globally, offshore assets in Europe and beyond, and energy and industrial sites across EMEA.
